Key Features

• Financing facilities up to PKR 500 Million
• Facilities: TF/DF/LG/LC/ILC/FATR/ULC/FCIF/FAPC/FBP/ERF I & II (Pre & Post) for 1-5 years at max with Age Limit 18-70 Years
• Collateral: Local & Foreign Deposits /DSCs/RICs/SSCs/NPCs/ACs Pledge of shares/Registered prize bonds
• Clean up requirement: only 1 time turnover of the limited amount required
• Pricing: (2.5% for loan Rs. up to 1M) (2.0% for loan Rs. up to 10M) & (1.5% for loan Rs. above 10M) over & above the return paid on underlying deposits/in case of deposits of other banks the pricing will be K+2.5%
• Renewal Fee: Rs. 2500 to Rs. 20,000 Depending upon loan size

• Any proprietor /partnership business / Pvt. and public limited companies can avail.
• The applicant should have a valid CNIC
• The applicant should have a clean eCIB and should not be a defaulter of the banking system
• The applicant must meet the Bank’s and regulator’s policies
