As per the proposition, each freelancer will be entitled to open two accounts, a primary PKR freelancer account (current or savings) and a corresponding FCY account; Exporters’ Special Foreign Currency Account (ESFCA) for retention of the export proceeds received in return of the services rendered as a freelancer.
